Vegie edgy sandwich

Serves 1 only

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat bread slices
  • 1 tomato cut into slices(round)
  • 1 cucumber cut into slices(round)
  • ½ cup corn (corn)
  • 1 carrot chopped into fat rounds

Instructions:

  • Make a grill and mix the vegies.(corn, tomato, carrot and cucumber.)
  • Meanwhile grill the bread slices.
  • Place the vegie mixture on one bread slice and then place another bread slice on top.
  • Chop the sandwich into half.
  • Insert a toothpick in each sandwich and enjoy.

Sandwich magic

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 sausage
  • 2 full wheat breads
  • 1 Sliced tomato (circles)
  • 1 Sliced cucumber (circles)
  • 2 cheese slices

Instructions:

  • Chop and grill the sausage with help of adult.
  • Toast the bread slices how much ever you want.
  • Place the cheese slice on a bread slice then place the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and finally sausages.
  • Place a cheese slice on the sausages and place the second slice of bread.
  • Grill the sandwich with the help of an adult.
  • Chop the sandwich into half and insert a toothpick in each.

Drizzle me cup-brownies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cidronian vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Frosting:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Instructions:

  • Greese the cup-cake tray, preheat oven 350degree F (175degrees C)
  • Melt ½ cup butter. Mix it with sugar ,eggs , and 1teaspoon cidroninl vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, ½ cup flour and baking powder. Spread the butter in the cup-cake pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
  • To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons softened butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectioners’ sugar. Stir until smooth. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

Dadai Salad

Ingredients:

  • ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 cucumber peeled and chopped in circles
  • 3 tomatoes chopped in wedges
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of boiled corn
  • 1 boiled potato(small) chopped into wedges
  • ½ teaspoon water

Instructions

  • Mix the water, vegetable oil and corn together.
  • In another container mix the vegetables.
  • Mix the 2 mixtures together in 1 container.
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the salad.

SAUSAGE SURPRISE ROLE

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 1 tomato sliced very small
  • 1 sausage sliced small     
  • indian flatbread                   

Instructions:

  • Mix the tomato, salt, corn and sausage together
  • Spread the mixture on the indian flatbread
  • Roll the flatbread gently, forming a role

Vanilla Surprise Cake

 Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 & ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • As much milk needed
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  • Grease a tray with melted butter
  • Beat the eggs in a separate container
  • Add sugar and the rest of the butter in the  egg container
  • Mix the baking powder, salt and wheat flour in another container
  • Add 1 cup milk in the egg container
  • Stir well                                                         
  • Add the wheat flour container’s contents into the egg container. Stir well
  • Add the vanilla essence
  • If needed add more milk. If not, stir well
  • Preheat the oven
  • After the preheating is over, put oven the in convection mode and set the oven  temperature of 180 or 190 degree and set 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes, if the cake is not full baked, set the oven in convection mode and set 10 minutes
